For the whole holiday flat: 115 €
From the 7th night: 109 €
In case of partial occupancy of the apartment and only in low-season:
2 bedrooms with eat-in kitchen: 104 €
1 bedroom with eat-in kitchen: 95 €
The holiday flat has beds for 7 people. In case the two sofas (2 roof niche beds) are used, we charge 15 € per bed and night extra.
Extra charge for a single overnight stay: 12 € per room
Extra charge per dog of 20 € (once-only for 1, 2 or 3 days, then 5 € per day).
Prices do not include the visitor’s tax (2,50 € per night and person),
but include the final cleaning.
Wassercluster-Student discount: Whole holiday flat 105 € /night!
Down-payment:
The holiday flat is reserved by making a down-payment of 20% of the agreed total.
In case of cancellation 2 weeks before the day of arrival, the whole amount is paid back. At a later cancellation, the down-payment is kept as compensation.
