Welcome to our cosy holiday flat with the best panorama of the area, Lake Lunz, the lake valley and the local mountains, Scheiblingstein and Hetzkogel. With its 300 m long private driveway, the apartment is situated on the idyllic, sunny slopes above the “Seehof”, far away from any traffic noise.

On the top floor of our home “Haus Schlossleiten”, you can rent a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms (for 7-9 people), each with a bathroom, including toilet (in total 102 m²).

Since the house is only 5 min by foot from the biological research center and only 10 min from the lake, it is the ideal accommodation not only for students and teaching staff from the Watercluster, but also for families, hikers, or those seeking relaxation amidst non-intensive rough pastures where daffodils and orchids still grow wild and amidst the impressive scenery.
